Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These rules apply to everyone who uses Nexo, including server owners, administrators and members. They are part of our Terms of Service.
What you must not do
- Use Nexo for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten, dox, stalk or discriminate against anyone.
- Share or promote child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children. We report this to the authorities.
- Run scams, phishing, malware, spam, raids, mass-DM campaigns or token or account theft.
- Collect people’s personal data in a deceptive or unlawful way, or use Nexo to track people who have not been told.
- Use the global blacklist request tool to harass someone, take revenge, or report people without real evidence.
- Attack, overload, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or probe or bypass its security.
- Break the Discord Terms, Community Guidelines or Developer Policy.
- Use bot features to impersonate Nexo, Discord or other people or brands in a misleading way.
Server owners
You are responsible for how Nexo is used in your server, including custom commands, embeds and automated messages that you create. Tell your members what the bot records and respect their privacy rights.
What happens if rules are broken
We may warn you, limit features, remove Nexo from a server, blacklist an account from using Nexo, or report conduct to Discord or the authorities. Where we can, we explain why and let you respond.
Reporting abuse
Email [email protected] with the server ID, the user ID and what happened. For illegal content or immediate danger, contact local emergency services and report it to Discord as well.
